Before being at the head of Capital Square as president, Daniel Blanchette spent 5 years at Cadim, a real estate division of the CDPQ, where he managed a team of 8 financial analysts and worked on multi-billion dollar transactions. For the past 8 years he has held the position of Director of Investments and Asset Management at Cogir, where he was instrumental in the creation of a partnership of 600 million dollars and another of 150 million dollars. . Daniel then held key roles as vice-president of real estate management at Devimco and portfolio management at Réseau Sélection. He is a seasoned leader having contributed to the success of projects such as Shaughn, Hexagone, Square Children, Humaniti, and Solar uniquartier. He has over 20 years of real estate experience.

Project Director, Marketing and Sales
After 15 years in sales and marketing in the medical device industry Martin decided to pivot to his true passion, real estate and founded LG2i, a company specialised in repositionning of residential assets. With this experience, he then cofounded the residential development division of Capital Square where he is in charge of land acquisitions as well as business development.

Investment Director
Prior to joining Capital Square, Francis worked as an investment and real estate finance analyst at Fiera Real Estate and Fiera Private Debt, subsidiaries of Fiera Capital. He also worked at Maître Carré as a financial analyst where he contributed to the success of several projects, notably the first project of the Mellem rental banner, located in Brossard. He participates in the development of Capital Square's real estate platform and provides expertise in financial analysis. Francis has over 8 years of real estate experience.
